He integrated boxing into his style and was one of the pioneers

in American Kickboxing with Joe Lewis, Bill Wallace,

Benny "The Jet" and others in 1974.

Kickboxing was first brought to the public eye when

it was broadcasted on TV for the first time.

 Danny went on to win the 1975 U.S. Open

World Lightweight Kickboxing Championship.

and was rated in the top ten with PKA until he retired in 1984.

Sport Ju-Jitsu National Championship,and the

Danny started his martial arts training in the Marine Corps in 1968.

He started training with Gandmaster Sok Ho Kang (Korean Tae Kwon Do)

in 1971 and got to his 3rd Dan by 1977.
